1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HelloPlus.ai platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Platform Services Description

HelloPlus.ai is a creator commerce platform that enables creators to monetize direct access to their time, expertise, and community. Services include:

• Monetized 1:1 chat and video call sessions
• Paid group activities and events
• Memberships with custom-defined perks
• Direct donations to creators

4. Communications Consent

By using the Platform, you explicitly agree to receive communications from HelloPlus.ai and your connected creators via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages.

These communications may include account updates, event reminders, payment notifications, promotional offers, and community outreach. You consent to the Platform utilizing your contact information (such as your email address and phone/WhatsApp number) for these purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but transactional notifications remain essential to the use of the platform.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant HelloPlus.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content to provide and promote our services.

6. Payments & Refunds

All transactions are final. HelloPlus.ai facilitates payments between followers and creators. A platform fee is deducted from all transactions before funds are distributed to the creator. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally only provided in instances of platform error or severe failure to deliver promised services, at the sole discretion of our administration team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Distribute spam, malware, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass our payment systems or manipulate the platform fee

8. Limitation of Liability

HelloPlus.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HelloPlus.ai primarily operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
